About this Cook
With 2 kids, a career and a hectic life cooking was a chore, not a pleasure. Recently I have taken steps to simplify my life and in this found I love cooking. It is incredibly relaxing - and fun.

Easy Guacamole
Yummy! I'll never buy dry packets again. I added a dash of cayenne for kick.

Sweet and Sour Pork III
5 stars for taste but be prepared...very messy, lots of prep, clean up work with many pots etc. Made as written except only used 1/2 cup sugar. Just the right balance of flavors. Served with egg fried rice. Yum!
