Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes
I had high hopes for this. It was good but not great. The potatoes turned out super yummy and crisp, but the pork was dry with a capital D. Since this is a pork recipe I gave it 2 stars. I thought it did retain the flavor though. Maybe some type of gravy would help. I am not cooking this one again.

Irresistible Pecan Pie
I am a lover of traditional pecan pie that has a gooey middle and a golden pecan top. This recipe calls for pecans in the next to the bottem crust, middle as well as the top making it a mouthful of pecans and a bit overwhelming.

Great. I didn't have all the ingrediants too. A little salty for us, but still good, I will use this again.
