Quiche
This turned out perfectly, even though I had to use white extra-sharp cheddar. I also mixed the milk with half-and-half in proportion. I didn'tfreeze the quiche,so baked it at 400 for 30 minutes and it was just right!

Cucumber Sandwiches III
Very light and refreshing canape & very easy to make. I skipped the bread for my carb-conscious friends at a recent party. I think they're even better this way.

I was very excited by the prospect of this recipe, but it ended up tasting pretty much like honey mustard sauce.
