Ice Cream Kolacky
So yummy and easy. I wasn't sure about the dough before cooking, but the cookie turned out great. It is very buttery and flaky. I used homemade boysenberry jam and Trader Joe's pumpkin butter to fill the thumbprints.

Creamy Vegan Hot Cocoa
It smelled fantastic, but the taste was just okay. I may try again and play with the ingredient amounts - less cinnamon and sugar, and more coconut milk next time. It has potential.
