It was delicious, my husband loved it. I agree with the previos rating to add more water, (I added 2 cups), because after you add the peanut butter it gets pretty thick. I only used 1/2 cup of peanut butter. I will make this again.

Antipasto Pasta Salad

I absolutely enjoyed this pasta salad. It was a hit with my family as well. I will make this again. I used the bow tie pasta instead of the seashell and I added chopped red onion for added flavor. It was delicious.
