I live in St. Paul, MN with my husband, our two dogs, cat, bird, spider, and fish. We have a big vegetable garden that we try to get most of our vegetables from (instead of the store). I like cooking with the fresh veggies and herbs that come from my garden. I like to cook healthy meals. I also like to revamp recipes to make them healthier but I can't resist a good dessert! I love to get together with my friends, make cookies and decorate them for halloween or christmas (or whatever holiday is coming up). If other people really like the food I cook then I consider it a triumph. Recently I made the Absolute Mexican Cornbread from this site and it didn't turn out so well. Usually it's a huge hit. Turns out I forgot to add the eggs. oops
