Salisbury Steak
Ehhhh...I was disappointed in this dish. I followed Ally99's directions and mine didn't turn out too well. The meat was nice and tender, the taste favored meatloaf a lot. The gravy just didn't do much for me. It had an odd taste to it. My kids wouldn't even eat the gravy on their mashed potatoes and thats not normal for them.

Creole Chicken I
Ehhhh....This came out pretty good, however, I did some tweaking! I used fire roasted diced tomatoes, added a cup of beef broth, a couple beef cubes, garlic, worcestershire, chipolte chili powder. I used chicken tenderloins and a whole pack of Healthy Choice kelbasa. It didn't have much of a flavor before this. Now, that I have more of a liquid based, I would add the rice to the whole pot.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
I made two casseroles using this recipe! The first one I halved the for my girls. The second one, I also halved and used egg substitute (first time ever). The girls came out better looking but both tasted good! I was surprised that my girls liked it so much!!
