Killer Shrimp Soup
I was not at all impressed with this recipe. I think it would be o.k. as a starter course, in small bowls but I doubt I will even use it for that. In all fairness, my husband and my daughter did like it enough to get seconds. No rave reviews here.

Beef Barley Stew
This is great...lots of flavor. I was looking for something different to do with a chuck roast and this was a nice change from a pot roast. I doubled the broth and adjusted the spices and cooking time because I was using more meat, mushrooms, etc. Thanks Diane

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS RECIPE! HANDS DOWN FAVORITE FROM THIS SITE SO FAR. CAN'T WAIT TO COOK IT FOR MY SISTERS AND THEIR HUSBANDS.
