Zucchini Patties
Love this recipe! We eat these about once a week during the summer when our zucchini plant is pumping out zucchini. We were out of Mozzarella once so we used Jack instead. Not as yummmy as with the Mozz but still very good. We like to eat ours with apple sauce instead of Marinara sauce.
