We love this recipe! I don't make mini loaves, I double the recipe and make 2 big loaves. There are never any leftovers!

This is a great recipe as long as you add a little more flour so you can actually ball and roll in sugar. I also only used 2 sticks of butter and they still tasted wonderful!! I made half sugar and then I mixed cinnamon in and made the rest snickerdoodles. The family ate em up fast!! I highly recommend using a cookie dough scoop too. It makes cookie baking so much faster and easier!
