Pumpkin Loaf
This turned out very good. I made two loaves and froze one. It froze very well and was still good after defrosting. My husband keeps asking me to make this again.

Feta Chicken Salad
Made this exactly as the recipe stated, and was wowed by the taste. The feta/dill combination was wonderful! This is definitely a keeper.
