I have 3 children and my husband and I own 2 IT companies. I am the Director of Marketing and PR for both firms. I attend the University of Connecticut where I have a 4.0 GPA.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook and do so every night. Dinner is a big event in our house. I like to cook the family favorites and mix it up with new things. Marinade for shell steak, hash brown casserole, cucmber and oriental noodle salad are a few things.

My mother passed away Christmas 2002, I have made her very original apple pie in honor of her.
