Sauteed Apples
Wow. I served this to guests over ice cream with a little caramel drizzled over, and it was a big hit. I wish I had more apples right now!

Baked Acorn Squash
Great, classic recipe! I only gave it four stars because I really loved Maggie's suggestion about microwaving! Will definitely make again.
