Big Soft Ginger Cookies
excellent cookie,I know I am a retired baker. I made these half the size they said and they came out like a ginger snap.Did not frost them, love them just the way they were, BET YOU CAN'T EAT JUST ONE

Barbecue Chicken Casserole
exellent, this is a meal in it self I used a can of mixed vegetable instead of corn.I want to make it pork next time

Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
It took me 67 years to discover this. sandwich THANKS,I used orange marmalade instead of jelly try it you will love it
