Eileen's Meatloaf
I love meatloaf and I am always looking for the best recipe and I think I have found it with Eileen's Meatloaf.I used plain bread crumbs. and used 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning bake it till the internal temperture is 160 to 180 and it will not fall a part. also if you have left over slice it 1/2 inch thick put tomato sauce on top and sprinkle mozzarela cheese on top and bake it at 375 till the cheese melts hamburg parmesan, try it you will love it
