Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Wonderful marinade recipe. Adds to the taste of the vegatables instead of overpowering them like some marinades do. A must try!

Perfection! Double the recipe for 6 people. Over the last few years- I've made this recipe about 20 times and it always impresses and never disappoints! It goes great with the curried coconut chicken recipe that I found on allrecipes. :)

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

This recipe is so good, my whole family loved it. My dad wanted me to make more, so he could take it to work the next day. since he is on a diet, i used non-fat plain yogurt instead of mayo and he didnt even know the differnace. using the yogurt instead of the mayo cut out a lot of the fat, and not a lot of the taste. will continue to make this recipe with yogurt.

Sweet Potato Bake

This recipe is so great. I served it at christmas dinner and even our picky eater enjoyed it. I added a middle layer of mini marshmellows for a little something extra. I made this recipe twice, once with marshmellow and once without. The marshmellow definatly made it taste even better.
