Currently doing a year of volunteer service as a full-time social worker. I live in a community where I'm the main chef, which is not a chore, it's a gift! It's my stress relief! My life motto: LIVE BOLDLY I like coming up with elaborate meals to serve for friends and family. Ever since I was a child we have had Geranimo casserole, a great egg dish, every Christmas morning. One year my mom lost the recipe & tried to duplicate it, my brother knew it was wrong after 1 bite. We have since found it & all is right with the world again! I recently made it for friends & as I pulled it out of the oven, the smell made me miss home. But sure enough, home for Christmas this past year, we ate Geranimo Casserole.
