Strawberry Spinach Salad I
Great dressing recipe!! I too also followed the advice of others and used balsamic vinegar versus the white. Delicious!!

Cajun Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
I've never made gumbo before, and although I didn't get the color quite right, the flavor was definitely there! Thank you for a simple and delicious recipe!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
This had such a great flavor!! It was good alone or with sour cream and guacamole. I also added extra chili peppers to make it extra spicy... it was very delicious!
