I am married and we have a 12 year old daughter who keeps us very busy. I also work outside the home. I like to cook any type of pasta dish. I also like to make pies, however I don't have much time for that. I enjoy making different types of slow cooker soups and stews. My favorite family cooking tradition is that my husband cooks our Thanksgiving turkey in a pillowcase! He learned it in his Bachelor Living class many years ago in school and he has cooked our turkey every year for the 20 years of our marriage! Cooking anything that gets the raves of my sister in law who is a VERY good cook! I've never really had any major tragedies....yet!
