Mock Tuna Salad
It was ok when I made it but after letting it sit in the fridge overnight and having it on toasted white bread for lunch it was great! would definitely make this again

Vegetable Filo Pie
Real easy to make, used basil instead of dill because it's what I had. Turned out great, tasted like it was from a greek restuarant. I steamed red and green peppers and onion and to the egg mix I added scallions, olives, and tomato. Will definately make this dish again.

Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting
I made these cookies, not the frosting but they were FLAWLESS. I baked them at a lower temp and for longer but that was just personal preference. This will be my sugar cookie recipe forever.
