Rhubarb Crumb Coffee Cake
I threw this together for a Saturday morning breakfast. It was really good. Everyone loved it. I didn't have buttermilk so I put 1 tablespoon of vinegar in with 1 cup of milk and it worked fine.

Easy Slow Cooker Carne Guisada
We all liked this but I am not a spicy food kind of person. So next time I am going to try to cut back on the chili powder and increase the cumin. I will be making this again for sure though.

Pork Supreme
I followed the recipe as written. I used left over pork loin. The meat was well done so it fell apart as I stired it and had a shredded apperience. So the dish didn't look ver nice but it tased very good. It is somethins I will used again. Next time I will used left over pork chops so the meat doesn't fall apart. I put it over whole wheat pasta that was very good to.
