Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary
I just made this.. my family loved it. I used boneless lamb shoulder (about 4 lbs). I also added some balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. I cooked it at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.. then I covered it with foil at 325 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes for medium rare... at 140 degree internal temperature... I came out perfect! Very moist on the inside and seared on the outside... I also rolled the lamb back up into a log...

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Yummy cookies... i took up other's suggestions: used real butter.. added 1/2 teaspoon more of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon ginger.. and only baked for 9 minutes... everyone loves it!!

World's Best Lasagna
I made this yesterday.. everyone loved it! Yummy.. I took others suggestion: I used fresh basil instead of dried, I omitted the salt completely, added nutmeg in the ricotta mixture and I made the meat sauce the night before. Also, I used this No-boil lasagna pasta.. it was great!! I didn't have to boil the pasta.. I just layered the lasagna with the uncook pasta.. Loved it.
