Creamy Coconut Cake
Absolutely best coconut cake on earth! I worked at a restaurant that used this exact recipe and sold cakes for $35 each! Patrons had no idea how easy it was! You can't miss with this recipe!

Apple and Pecan Stuffing
I made this to take to a Thanksgiving dinner at the church and it seemed really dry. I'm not sure why mine was dry when everyone else talked about theirs being mushy but I wouldn't make it again. I thought there were way too many apples in it.

Oven Fried Chicken III
