Lite Coconut Cake

Yum! Wow! Fantastic! I let this cake sit for 1 day in the fridge. It was so light, moist and tasty. I liked that it wasn't over sweet. I will make this again soon! Thanks.

Sweet As Kisses Pie

Stabilized Whipped Cream Icing

Good recipe. I heated my gelatin in a double broiler instead of the microwave. I also wanted mine a bit sweeter, so I added 3 - 4 tablespoons of 10x powdered sugar.

Great recipe. I've made it twice. Once as a whole cheesecake and second as cheesecake bites. I altered a bit by adding a second 8 oz box of cream cheese. I also used the powdered dream whip, whipped it up and added it into the mix. For the cheesecake bits, I added a small box of lemon flavored Jello and omitted the lemon juice. I love both versions, so did my husband, family, and friends.

Cornucopia

This was a fun recipe. I didn't use the egg wash to connect the pieces together because it was too slippery. I put the egg wash on at the end. I only used two rolls of breadsticks. Then I filled it with cut-up veggies and grapes. Thank you for the neat idea. It was a Thanksgiving hit.

Easy Homemade Chili

It is a good base recipe. I omitted the tomato sauce in place of tomato paste. I added 1 tbsp of cumin, and about 1 tblspn ancho chili pepper spice. I used Bush's chili beans, undrained, in place of the other beans, which gave it even more flavor. If you like to spice up your chili this is a good recipe for an advanced cook who can jazz it up.

Stuffed Acorn Squash

Ruby-Red Strawberry Sauce

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

My family liked this recipe a lot. The only change I made was using 12 oz of pasta. This made it a bit more creamier. I think I will add some milk next time to make it even more creamier, and try Swizz Cheese.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Awesome! My family loved it. I doubled the recipe and used cheddar cheese in place of Mont. Jack and Tobasco Sauce in place of chili pepper. The sour cream adds a nice touch. I also used Hot Salsa, which added even more of a bite.

Manicotti Italian Casserole

Quick, yet delicious. I didn't add pepperoni because I had none. I added garlic powder and Italian spices to the ground beef as I browned it. I also substituted bow-tie pasta. I have enough left over for another night of pasta! Thank you.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Very good! I doubled the spices. I also doubled the butter, but think I will use original amount next time. My family and colleagues loved them. Thank you for a nice change from just salted pumpkin seeds.

Seminary Muffins

Very moist and quick to bake. I think the salt is too much and will cut back to half the amount next time. I left out the chocolate chips. I used cinnamon applesauce for even extra cinnamon flavor.

Sunshine Chicken

Not bad. I added some brown sugar to sweeten up a bit. I also added sesame seeds after it was baked. I baked it covered for the first 45 min, and then uncovered the last 15 min. I also baked mine on 375, instead of 350. I will make again. Very easy and tasty.

Mom's Applesauce Pancakes

Very tasty recipe. None of the flavors out do each other. They all combine nicely to make a subtle apple/cinnamon moist pancake. I used shortening on my griddle, which gave them a nice brown color. Then added my mom's homemade syrup. Added a couple Brown n' Serves and Voila! Don't forget the coffee.
