Asian Noodle Salad

this is good recipe and I will cook again. I did not like the parsey in it. I added carrots and green onions. It is all on person preference. It is one you can play with. Overall, very good!

Cold Szechuan Noodles and Shredded Vegetables

I went to Trader Joe's and purchased Soba noodles and did not know what to do with them. So, I went to this web site and typed in soba noodles and this showed up. Well, I made it for my lunch the next day and really enjoyed it. I will make this again.

Mexican Bean Salad

I love this salad! It is so good. You can eat it alone, with tortilla chips or in wrap. You can also keep eating it for a couple of days after, which at that point it tastes better.
