Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
Doubled the spices and added 1/2 cup of applesauce. Very moist and turned out very big! Might use a bigger pan next time.

Holiday Milk Punch: the New Eggnog
A huge hit at our party. Frozen and then a brief blend is good. Might up the alcohol a bit and add a touch of vanilla ice cream before the blend step next time.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Incredible recipe! Rivals Panera's soup! I added sauteed onion, garlic and carrots. Cut down butter to 6 tbl and used only 1/4 cup flour. Also used half and half instead of cream. Will use less flour and regular milk next time. Thanks for such a fantastic recipe!!
