Amazing Calavacita and Pork

Really good recipe. I followed it to the T, and it became a bit juicy, but that can just be poured off before serving. My husband even liked it.

Brocomole Dip

I personally liked this recipe. I added some fresh ground cumin or cuminos to the recipe, though. I will probably make this again while on the low-fat diet. Thank you for the recipe.

Red Bean Salad with Feta and Peppers

This salad had nice texture and flavor. I incorporated some kernel corn, also. It gave it extra crunch.

Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage

Pina Colada Pie

I loved this pie! It is SO RICH! My parents sampled it, and could not get over how flavorful it was. Next time, I may substitute real rum for the imitation.

Fat Tuesday Salmon

Renee's recipe was fabulous! I've tried many salmon croquette/patty recipes, and this is by far the best I've tried. I recommend this for everyone.

Taco Salad III

This is by far the best Mexican-influenced salad I've ever found. It is better on day 2! Don't add chips, though, if you plan to eat it more than one day. Chips become soggy.

Creole Shrimp

Good recipe, but needs more spices added to bring out the flavors of the shrimp and pepper. I suggest more salt, file powder, and add celery for the holy trinity.
