Instant Millionaire Pie for Diabetics
Made this for my diabetic mom at Thanksgiving...it was good, but had a bit of a "whang", if you will. As far as diabetic recipes go, though, it was good!

Amazing Calavacita and Pork
Really good recipe. I followed it to the T, and it became a bit juicy, but that can just be poured off before serving. My husband even liked it.

Brocomole Dip
I personally liked this recipe. I added some fresh ground cumin or cuminos to the recipe, though. I will probably make this again while on the low-fat diet. Thank you for the recipe.
