I have been married for 25+ years. I have two sons, one is 20 the other is 11. I work full time as a child care center teacher and director. I love to cook breakfast. I also like to prepare appetizers and mexican food. My grandmother was my teacher. She was the best cook. I stil am trying to duplicate some of her recipes that were never written down. She included me in all of her cooking. She prepared huge family holiday meals. I remember sharing the table with more than 25 people. I make great salsa for canning. People love coming to my house for Christmas morning brunch. My highset praise came from my mother in law - I can make a delicious pork roast for New Years Day pork and sauerkraut meal. I baked a pecan pie that was like a rock. I made a room fill with smoke when a lasagna cooked over. I was preparing the lasagna for a first meal to impress my in laws. Great impression.
