About this Cook
My cooking triumphs
Finding this website!! I have gotten rave reviews for cooking recipes from this site. Finding good recipes is most of the battle! I have made prime rib, roast lamb, thanksgiving turkey with sides, apple cobbler, and many more. All the recipes I make from this site are great successes. I cook well and having good recipes makes a big difference.

Garlic Dill New Potatoes
These are also fast and easy if you have a rice cooker. Mine has a basket for steaming vegetables or salmon etc. I just put the amount that I want in the basket and let them steam until they are tender. Then toss with adjusted amount of the butter mixture.

Cranberry Nut Bread II
Wow! This was amazing. I made the recipe just as it was written and the bread was very moist and tasted terrific. I like to use pecans instead of walnuts. I am also lactose intolerant so I use margerine instead of butter and rice milk instead of milk. This turned out great and I will always make this from scratch!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole
This was very tasty. My husband loved it and so did I. I used bisquick to make the biscuits since I have a milk allergy. I used a milk substitute when making the biscuits and they were very tasty. I used left over chicken from a whole roasted chicken. I would definitely recommend this recipe!
