Crunchy Caramel Corn
SUPER! In my first batch I used dark brown sugar and it came out just like Cracker Jacks. I was so inspired that I tried light brown sugar and slivered almonds in place of the peanuts - the result was a fabulous butter-toffee like corn.

Chicken Casserole Del Sol
Very good, quick and easy! I may add more chicken and cut down on the noodles, also try broccoli in place of the green beans. Overall, everyone in the family liked it - and that in itself is an accomplishment!
