Easy Salsa Meatloaf
easy to make and what I love is you only need 1 lb of meat no waste no leftovers and it tastes great

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
totally awesome I added some cut up asparagus to the pork chops and it was so good it is the only way we eat pork chops now
