YUM! I too added a few splashes of liquid smoke, and I used a shot of espresso for the coffee...I probably could have used another shot or two. Don't skip the coffee though like another reviewer suggested, I forgot to add it once and it wasn't nearly as good without it. The meat was excellent though, so tender and flavorful. After I scooped the leftovers into a dish my daughter even wanted to drink the stock left over since she loves soup. The entire family loved this!
