Eggnog Quick Bread

Made this just before Christmas and got some mixed reviews. Those that love eggnog in my famly devoured it; others complained that it was too heavy. I think if you're an eggnog fan you'll enjoy it.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

This was so easy and delicious! There were no leftovers. I did make one change and added a pound of maple sausage (the breakfast links) to the mix. Great stuffing!!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Great dip! I used a can of spicy refried beans for a little more zip and eliminated the green peppers. Everyone enjoyed it.
