Sophie's Zucchini Bread
Wow this Zucchini bread is amazing. It's the best I've had. Very moist and delicious. I made 4 loaves and planned on keeping just one, but I think I might just keep a second one for myself also! The only thing in the recipe I changed is added just a pinch of nutmeg as suggested by some others and I cooked them for about 53 to 55 minutes and they came out great. Thanks for this awesome recipe!

Linda's Irish Shepherd's Pie
I left out the beef consomme since it was never mentioned in the directions and instead added a can of beef gravy to the meat and left out the ketchup and seasoning sauce. I also topped the pie with a homemade pie crust and it came out awesome! I think next time I will add the cheese before the potato since my cheese did not melt very well. Everyone loved it and the pie crust really made it. Thanks!

Libby's(R) Pumpkin Cheesecake
This was a great recipe and everyone loved it! I made it for Thanksgiving. Instead of a graham cracker crust I made a homemade basic pie crust and I added a little cinnamon and sugar and chopped pecans to the crust. I also ended up adding less sugar to the recipe by mistake. About 1/4 cup less. I added more sugar to the topping to make up for it, and it all balanced out nicely and nobody new the difference. Great recipe!
