Pumpkin Pie Cake

Delicious! I cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup and mixed in 1/2 cup flour into cake mix before pouring it over the top of pumpkin filling. Rave reviews from the ladies in our book club!

Lemon-Maple Butternut Squash

A delicious way to serve butternut squash! I used Vermont Maple Syrup...sooooo good! The lemon zest gives it a wonderful finish!

Pumpkin Figs Pie

I made this with fresh figs and added 1 tsp. Cinnamon, 1/2 Tsp. Ground Cloves and 1/2 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg....Very Yummy!
