Garlic Prime Rib
If I could give this more stars I would! It was simple and absolutely mouth watering delicious! This was my first attempt at Prime Rib and now I'm wondering what took me so long. It was just as delicious as what I have at my favorite prime rib place.

Roasted Asparagus with Herbes de Provence
My husband and I did not really enjoy this recipe, my in-laws seemed to like it but I prefer just salt and pepper to season my asparagus. The cooking method itself is right on, I just wasn't a fan of the flavor.
