Chili Dog Casserole I

I have to say this was just "ok". My husband and 7 yr old liked it, my 3 yr old barely ate any. it Followed the recipie, but toasted the buns first. Great idea, but it seemed to be missing something.

Pumpkin Bread IV

I halved this recipe,using Libby's easy pumpkin pie canned pumpkin, and applesauce instead of oil. Tastes great, very sweet. With the addition of nuts and rasins or chopped apple this would be off the charts!!

Turkey Dumplings

This is an great way to use leftover turkey! To speed things up, I used canned chicken broth.I also added some frozen mixed veggies and a dash of garlic powder for flavor. A+!!
