Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
these cookies were delicous!! next time i will cut down on the sugar since they were a little too sweet even for my taste. i would also flatten them a bit with a fork and cook them for a maybe 12 minutes. thanks for the great recipe!!

Eggplant and Pepper Parmesan Sandwiches
these were delicious!! i made up a whole french roll and wrapped the sandwiches in saran for easy on the go lunches. thanks for the recipe!!

Hungarian Mushroom Soup
this soup was very creamy and hearty with a great balance of flavours. i will make it again for guests!!
