Mixed Nut Brittle
I absolutely love this. It is super simple, and tastes great. Made several batches last holiday season, and starting all over again tonight.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
Excellant, best pot roast ever. I added carrots, onions, and fresh green beans. I served over mashed red potatoes. Soooo, good.
