Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

Very good! Everyone liked it so much. I used reduce fat sour cream & it turned out just great. I also water-bathed it when baking & left it in the oven for another hour. Thank you so much for sharing such great recipe.

Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes

It was kinda blend...may be it was just not our taste. Can't taste much of the sweet potatoes..but slightly tasted better after adding some walnuts.

Apple Brownies

Great..My little girl loved it. Very moist but i would suggest that to reduce the sugar amount to 3/4 cups. 1 cup is abit too sweet cuz the apples have its own sweetness too. Thanks for sharing this.

Raspberry Fudge Brownies

A super rich brownies. The texture of the brownies itself is good but the chocolate sauce is too rich for the brownies overall it seems overpowering everything. Will make again only the brownies with other topping. Thks for sharing.

Lemon Custard Pudding Cake

The taste was not bad but it was too sweet even after changing the sugar measurement to 1 cup. It should be a nice cake if wasn't be so sweet.

Boiled Fruitcake

Wow...this is a great recipe. The cake came out so moist and the texture was just right, we loved it. I used brown sugar instead but about 1/4cup lesser & also increased to 2 tsp of mix spice + some nugmet. It came out beautifully & I'm going to make one for a friend as a new year gift. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Chocolate Cobbler

I have tried this recipe last night & we agreed that it was far too sweet eventhough i used 2/3cup / 1/2cup of the suggested sugar measurement but still it came out too sweet for us. Somehow the taste was great, maybe next round i will only use 1/2cup / 1/3cup with 4 tbsp butter. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe... It tasted really GOOD.
