Banana Crepes
i wasn't a huge fan of the banana filling but I use these crepes with various other fillings and love them! The secret is the powdered sugar - it really makes it! suggested fillings: nutella and a bit of powdered sugar OR cinnamon and sugar (1:2 ratio) as much as desired and sprinkle on crepe. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top of cinnamon/sugar and roll up to eat!

Creamy Rice Pudding
Great recipe! I used rice milk in place of regular milk and had no problems with consistency or creaminess (but thats personal tastes). Only had left over basmati rice which worked alright too. I will make this again using short grain rice and a little less sugar as it was very sweet when warm. (the portion that was left in the fridge over night and that was not too sweet) so it depends on how you plan on serving it and what sweetness you prefer. also cinnamon is a highly recommended addition.

Chickpea Salad with Red Onion and Tomato
I enjoyed this with all suggested ingredients as well as feta and oregano. YUM! (like a variation on greek salad)
