These were super yummy. I put caramel topping and toffee bits on my mini cheesecakes. The only thing I would change is that next time I'll add butter to the cookie base. I used graham cracker crumbs and when I bit into it, some of the mini cheese cakes had a crumbly base instead of a nice crust on the bottom.

Pecan Pie Cookie Bars

These were just ok. I was excited to make them because a lot of reviewers were raving about them. I guess I should have listened to the reviewer who said they don't taste anything like pecan pie.

Pretzel Turtles

These were soooo easy and super yummy. Everyone couldn't stop eating them. I made them with dove candy, but next time I'll try rolos.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

I made a mini cupcake wedding cake for my brother's wedding and everyone loved the frosting. My friends and I even had a frosting "break" while we were making preparations for the wedding. This is also easy to work with and it stayed put perfectly. I used butter flavor crisco instead of butter and it was still really good.

Hot Water Pie Crust II

This is the best pie crust I've ever made! I usually shy away from making pie crusts because I was never able to do it well in the past. The vinegar really adds that special "something" to the flavor of the crust. Thank you!!!!

Chocolate Mice

These mice are not only cute, but they're delicious. I kept eating the batter while I was making them. I made them for my daughter's preschool class and the kids and teachers loved them. I got a large box with a lid and covered the box with foil. I made a little mouse town and the mice were all "eating" bread. It was so cute.

Pumpkin Bread IV

I love this recipe. I usually make cookies out of it so I don't have to wait too long for the bread. I scoop about 2-3 tbs. per cookie and they're huge, moist, cake-like cookies. My oven is pretty hot so I bake them for about 14 minutes. Everyone always asks for the recipe.
