Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

These muffins were excellent, even my super picky hubby enjoyed them! I made a few changes. I replaced all of the flour with whole wheat flour, added a heaping 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. of vanilla and about the same amount of cinnamon, if not a little more. I also used egg substitute. I sprinkled oatmeal on the tops and baked at 400 for 25 mins. Very good!!! Next time I think I will add some raspberries . . . . . mmmmm! Thanks for sharing!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Absolutely DECADENT!! I have never made a cheesecake before and this was sooo easy and good!!! I cooked it in a water bath and opened the door of the oven to allow it to cool. It didn't crack at all!!! I cooked it for about 10 extra minutes, and made double the raspberry sauce. I wouldn't add the raspberry sauce in the middle as the recipe says- I didn't care for the way it looked. When I added the rest of the cheesecake mixture, it pushed it to the outside and it didn't look as beautiful as I had wanted (I am a huge perfectionst). This cheesescake disappeared fast and left everyone talking!!!

Valentine Heart Necklaces

These necklaces were so easy to make and my niece had a blast! For the frosting I used thick royal icing- worked out great. The cookies tasted good too- the kids and the adults were all happy- what a deal!!

French Baguettes

Absolutely excellent!! I omitted the sugar as suggested by an earlier review. I also tried using the egg whites and egg yolks- just to see. The yolk made a crunchier crust- but they were both excellent. I've made it many times over the past week- my husband loves it & it is so easy!!!

Alfredo Sauce

Excellent!! I used fresh Parmersan- makes all the differece!! I also used 1 cup Parmesan and 1/2cup Romano (fresh as well). I love Romano, so I loved the sauce. My husband isn't as fond of Romano and recommended that I use only 1/4 cup of it next time. But I absolutely loved it!!!
