German Chocolate Upside Down Cake
Very Tasty! I baked it for my Mother's 80th birthday party - it's her favorite cake. As noted before - it's not the prettiest, as it comes out of the pan a bit awkwardly but tastes great! will make again -

Crab and Swiss Quiche
Great recipe! As recommended I used 3 eggs instead of 2 - glad I did. Easy to make new versions - our favorite to date is cooked chorizo (8 0z. +/-) and half a small can of diced green chiles. Mine took about 60 minutes to get done. Yumm!!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
It's my favorite! I too made some changes for a healthier result: only 2 cups sugar; I sub'd 1/2 c. butter buds and 1/4 c. applesauce for the 3/4 c. butter and use 2 c. white and 2 c. wheat flour with 1/4 c. ground flax seed for the 4.5 cups of flour. USE THREE LOAF PANS - you will be glad that you did :o)
