Hawaiian Hot Dog Surprise
I made this for my office party potluck. I added a small amount of jalapeno's and some canned diced up green ortega chile and it was a huge hit... Everyone wanted to know what that wonderful smell was in the office as it warmed up. I will for sure make this again.. Super easy.

Classic Waffles
I doubled the recipe so I could freeze the leftovers and it turned out delicious. This was the first time I made them from scratch. The only thing I changed was I used splenda instead of sugar and no one knew or could tell the difference.

Spanish Rice II
I doubled the recipe and needed a ton more water then it called for.. Not sure why so it took a little longer to cook as it was drying out faster then the rice cooked. I'll make it again though, next time, I won't need to double the recipe.
