Mango Salsa
Darn good! Some of the reviewers thought it was missing something, and I wondered at first, but then I thought it was best to let the mango and other ingredients stand on their own. I served it over fish I baked with Jamaican jerk seasoning. My husband loved it!

Dutch Potatoes
Not bad. I did have to add some cream cheese and a bit of butter and some garlic salt, because it seemed a little plain otherwise.

Swedish Cured Pork Loin
This was awesome. The smell of the rub is so unique, I wasn't sure how it would taste. Incredible! The outsides were kind of like a ham, and the inside was so juicy! This was a perfect recipe. Thanks so much!
