Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cake I

My mom has been making this cake evere since I can remember. I learned to make it myself when I was in elementary school. It's so easy. We always add cinnamon sugar to the middle layer and extra cinnamon sugar to the top.

Drunken Dogs

I made this for a childrens party, my hope was that it would be something that most of the kids would like. What I didn't realize was that it would be a huge hit with all the adults too! A++++ for taste and ease.

Italian Wedding Soup I

I make this soup a lot around the holidays. My in-laws (who are very picky) love this soup despite the fact that most of them hate green vegetables. Tastes even better when you float half a stick of pepperoni on top.

Beer Roasted Lime Chicken

AMAZING!!! No matter what seasonings you use, the beer and lime are awsome complements to it. No need to carve the bird, the chicken literally falls apart. This is a family favorite, even to those who don't like lime.

Mexi-Cheesy Chip Dip

I make this on football Sundays. My husband loves it. It is so easy, I just throw everything into a crock pot about an hour in advance and it's ready to go. I always get complements on it.

Black Bean Pasta

This was a nice easy, quick meal. I used frozen peppers and onion, which made prep time a breeze. Is great served over pasta. Try topping with some sour cream (yum). I also like to serve as an apitizer with garlic bread for dipping. A great vegetarian dish all around.
