Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread
I made these last night to give out as gifts around the office. They were very easy to make and they turned out delicious! I got a yield of 4 mini loaves per batch. On one batch, I made 2 mini's and 1 large loaf, and the portion turned out perfectly. I wrapped each mini loaf in Christmas cellophane bags and tied them with ribbon. I'll post a pic for everyone to see. (=

Cocktail Meatballs
I made these last night for a party and they were delicious. I cheated for the sake of time and used frozen meatballs, but I made the sauce just as the recipe called for and it turned out very well. I took Jenn's suggestion and added a splash of Worcestire, but it would have been fine without it, too. I'm making them again for another party this week. I can't believe something this tasty is so effortless.

Arroz con Leche
Mmmm... Que RICO!!! This rice pudding was creamy, delicious, and simple. I omitted the lemon and anise because I didn't have any. I also swapped evaporated milk for regular milk and it still turned out great. Yummy!!
