Yum! I used the 8oz pkg of cream cheese and only used about half of the container of extra creamy cool whip. It is great... very thick and fluffy. Awesome straight off of the spoon! ;o)

I really was not impressed with this cookie. It wasn't horrible - it just is not that great. I was surprised after reading all the glowing reviews. Mostly, I didn't love the texture.

What's not to love? Here are the changes that I made though: I use regular butter (not unsalted) and actually mix the crumbs together with the butter in the bottom of the pan. And then I use pecans instead of walnuts and, of course, put the milk on last over everything. They are so rich and yummy!! You really can use any kind of chips or nuts or whatever you have on hand... almost all combinations turn out great!
