Bacon Chicken and Dumplings
This is a great recipe. Everyone I've made it for loves it and requests it often. We did make a few additions and changes after reading other reviews. I throw in chopped carrots and celery, both roughly equal to the corn. I use milk instead of half and half. I also use extra bacon. And since there never seem to be enough dumplings, I use 2 cans of the refrigerator biscuits cut into quarters. Just throw them in at the same point that the recipe says but you don't have to cook them as long. We've also used canned chicken which cut the cook time a bit. The thing to remember with this recipe is its really tough to mess up. We always make more than the recipe above states so we just kinda mix it together until it looks good. :)

Hot Chicken Dip
Have you ever had Chicken A La King? This is very similar. I made it for a dip the first time I tried it and liked it but the next time I served it over rice with some broccoli and it was amazing.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie
Very good recipe. The filling was really good. I used pecans instead of walnuts when I made it and it was excellent.
